Shipping & Returns

◆ Shipping
  • Processing Time: Typically 2-3 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Typically 7-15 business days.
  • Standard Total Time: 9-18 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 
Please, allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 Cancellation & Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your artwork delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We accept cancellations only within 24 hours after an order was made (at the latest, due to the fact that time zones may be different).

  • In case of cancellation later than 24 hours after an order was placed, buyers are responsible for all costs of used materials
  • In case of cancellation after 2-3 days, we holding a charge of 10%.
  • In case of cancellation after 4 days and later the order was placed, we are holding a charge of 15%.

In order to return your item you should contact us within 7 days after the delivery and ship it within 7 days after the order delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the new condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
you may return your products within 7 days of receiving for a refund to the original method of payment, with a 20% restocking fee applied minus the shipping cost. For return inquiries, please contact hi-TheArch@outlook.com

Please note that TheArch does not cover return shipping cost. We recommend using a delivery service with a tracking number. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee reception of the item you return.

 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

◆ Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account one more time. If it’s still not there, contact your credit card company, as it may take a few days for your refund to be posted. After, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you’re still not seeing your refund populate, please reach out to us at hi-TheArch@outlook.com

◆ Exchanges

Because we print all canvases on-demand, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item because your canvas is damaged, send us an email at hi-TheArch@outlook.com
